The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed gaps in the governance, financing and systems needed to keep the world safe from epidemics and pandemics. This video message was recorded for “Toward a pandemic treaty”, a meeting hosted by the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University, USA.
